You don't have access to this Week yet. Remember preparation is the key and it's what I want you to focus on during the first 5 days. If you feel that you just have to do something starting now, you can start:

  • Using The Fueling 5
  • Along with 30-45 minutes of moderate intensity cardio each day
  • Begin detoxing from sugar, sodas, fruit juice, breads, pastas and other carbohydrates

The next module "Repair and Renew" which will include your 1st week in gym training routine will unlock automatically in 5 days.

After that new content will continue to unlock automatically every 7 days.
